Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Collectible Figures & Merchandise:
  • Shipped via standard carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days for domestic, 7-14 for international.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• MiniGoalX Smart Foosball Tables:
  • Our Smart Tables are premium, high-end items that require specialized shipping.
  • All tables are shipped via a dedicated freight or white-glove logistics partner to ensure maximum protection.
  • Our logistics team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
  • Please ensure the delivery path to your room of choice is clear and accessible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MiniGoalX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Collectible Figures & Merchandise

We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
• Due to the collectible nature of our pro-likeness figures, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or removed from their packaging.

MiniGoalX Smart Foosball Tables

Due to the size, weight, and specialized freight logistics involved, all sales of MiniGoalX Smart Foosball Tables are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on our tables.
• Warranty: Every Smart Table is backed by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship, including all integrated smart-technology components.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

• For freight deliveries, please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing for the delivery. Note any damage on the bill of lading.
• Please provide your order number and photos of the damage to [email protected] so we can resolve the issue immediately.
